Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide visionary leadership to the garment washing team, inspire them to excel and meet production targets Implement efficient washing processes to maximize productivity while maintaining quality and minimizing waste.
∎ To deliver garments with both quality and aesthetics as per customer approved garment standards and secure the management with confident and stable production and development team.
∎ To develop various types of fashionable wash such as rusty wash, chalky wash, Chalk wash, Graffiti Effect, Gel wash, Bubble wash, magic wash, Galaxy wash, Burn out, Acid wash, Spider wash, leather coating wash, Glitter wash, lesser fixing of Dyeing, rinse wash, Stone wash, Enzyme wash, Bleach wash, special wash type like sustainable wash, silicon wash, soft wash etc for bulk production.
∎ To develop various types of Dyeing such as Direct dyeing, Reactive dyeing, Sulfur dyeing, Pigment color, fluorescent pigment, Cool dyeing, Burn out, Deep dyeing, Tie Dye, Sun wash, Reverse dyeing, Aqueous wash, etc for bulk production.
∎ Establish and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure garments meet or exceed customer expectations.
∎ Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental sustainability practices.
∎ Effectively allocate resources, including machinery, equipment, and personnel, to optimize production output.
∎ Identify training needs and develop the skills of the garment washing team to enhance their capabilities.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest garment washing technologies and techniques, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
∎ Analyze production costs and implement cost effective measures to enhance profitability without compromising on quality.Work closely with other departments, such as production, design, and sourcing, to ensure seamless operations.
∎ Prepare regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and any operational challenges.
