Job Context:
∎ People working with thermo-oil Boiler will be given preference.
∎ This position is responsible for periodic and scheduled maintenance of all wash related machines of the factory. Ensure proper monitoring & follow up routine for schedule maintenance including break down maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting maintenance etc. Responsible to ensure optimum utilization of energy and measure units of utilities outsourced, produced, utilized and waste through monthly reporting. Prepare Standard Operating Procedure for maintaining all machinery and implement the SOP in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the process of the introduction of new machinery, its commissioning and installation properly.
∎ To minimize NPT (Non-Productive Time) at a minimum level. Manage the team to ensure machine availability, re-actively managing dysfunctional machinery with shift management.
∎ Ensuring that all equipment is in safe working order in line with current regulations. Ensuring that all certificates of compliance are maintained and up to date in accordance with relevant legislation.
∎ Designing maintenance programs. Checking Maintenance units. Recording daily maintenance activity.
∎ Monitoring inexperienced or new employees. Running an efficient repair reporting system.
∎ Responding quickly to any emergencies. Involved in the hiring on maintenance personnel.
∎ Running a preventive maintenance program that will minimize service repairs in the long run. Building up maintenance teams.
∎ Any other works assigned by higher management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have good expertise on Utility & Maintenance in Dyeing & Washing section
∎ Should have good team leading capacity
∎ Should be good in communication both written and oral
∎ Should have English literacy
∎ Should have good intention to follow management instructions
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 55000 (Monthly)
