Experience:

• 7 to 14 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.

• Age 32 to 40 years
• Only Male

• 7–10 years of practical experience in garments washing / dyeing / textile industry utilities & maintenance.
• Sound knowledge of boiler operation, generators, compressors, ETP, steam & electrical systems.
• Familiar with ISO, Compliance, Fire Safety and Environmental regulations.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle factory emergencies.

• Ensure uninterrupted operation of utility systems including boiler, generator, compressor, ETP, RO, softener plant, chilling system and HVAC.

• Plan, execute and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of all washing plant machinery and utilities.

• Monitor electricity, gas, water and steam consumption and take initiatives for energy saving and cost optimization.

• Maintain boiler operation & safety compliance, including statutory documentation and inspections.

• Ensure smooth operation of ETP & environmental compliance as per DoE requirements.

• Coordinate with production, washing and engineering teams to minimize downtime.

• Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, fitters and utility operators.

• Maintain maintenance records, log books, spare parts inventory and CAPEX/OPEX reports.

• Handle emergency maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.

• Liaise with vendors, contractors and service providers for AMC and spare parts.

• Ensure workplace safety, fire safety compliance and 5S implementation in utility areas.
