Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate or preferably from Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Floor/ Line Management, Production, Production Management (Sewing), Work Study
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame
∎ Concentrates about all kinds of inputs he receives, studies capacity of operation, identifies and removes constraints to make optimistic use of man, machines and materials
∎ Directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement
∎ Recommends production plans based on marketing and sales teams' product requirements and follow up consensus production plan
∎ Assures that employee disciplining are effectively administered and that employee grievances are addressed in timely and proper manner
∎ Manages and maintain a work environment conducive to achieving high productivity, utilizing manpower, materials and machines correctly
∎ Directs and controls the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning
∎ Oversees technical team's work and gives guidance when required in order to manage quality
∎ Works closely with marketing personnel to develop and improve customer relationships both in retail and whole sale
∎ Guides & trains up the new employee and motivate employees for higher productivity

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Expected to have interest in working at a challenging environment
∎ Capability to run a production floor independently
∎ Willing to Work under pressure
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience as a production manager (garments)

Salary: Negotiable
