∎ M.Sc/ B.Sc in Food Technology/Chemistry/Biochemistry from reputed public or private university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Food Production, Production/ Operation Management, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation and daily production schedule.
∎ Prepare daily production report, finished goods stock report and submit to factory head.
∎ Maintain stock of raw materials, chemicals, flavor and packing materials etc for running production and also ensure supply for next day's production.
∎ Ensure delivery of finished products to distribution.
∎ Prepare and maintain weekly work schedule of shift in charge, supervisors and other production workers.
∎ Ensure daily pre-production assemblies and training of staff & workers.
∎ Check of job cards.
∎ Control and co-ordinate works of section in-charge, shift in-charge and supervisors.
∎ Ensure quality and quantity in the area of all production sections.
∎ Ensure production performance in respect of quality and standard of finished products.
∎ Ensure process loss within permissible limit.
∎ Ensure production at minimum cost and maximum output/production.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
