Factory Operation, Food Production, good communication skill, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare production schedule in collaboration with the co-workers and management.
∎ To monitor and control all production process in mixing, cutting, packaging section.
∎ To monitor production target every hour of a day.
∎ Report Management about daily & total production status according to demand.
∎ To distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.
∎ To keep close eyes for achieving production target on time and to inform management immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.
∎ If failure to achieve production target without any reason, need explanation from In-charge/Supervisor and take necessary action immediately.
∎ To keep the responsible area neat, clean and in hygienic condition.
∎ To ensure the participation of subordinates in the various training program if needed.
∎ Listen to the worker's problem directly and to solve their problem.
∎ To follow the human rights policy for every individual and also unitedly.
∎ Strive to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines.
∎ Ensure the good quality of the products without compromising product safety and integrity
∎ To follow the Labour Act and regulations of the company to maintain discipline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.
∎ Basic computer skill is a must.
