∎ Must be able to handle any unwanted situation in terms of sales
∎ Thorough understanding of sales and marketing process
∎ Leadership quality
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving total level value & volume target and ensuring optimum products distribution & visibility;
∎ Performing primary sales order management and verifying secondary sales;
∎ Coordinating direct market channel development activities and establishing new distribution channel, market, territory & belt for achieving sales goal;
∎ Daily assurance of remittance;
∎ Performing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales forecasting, planning, evaluation and preparing action plan accordingly;
∎ Preparing periodic sales report and analyzing performance against program to determine their effectiveness;
∎ Meeting with retailers & wholesalers on regular basis and assisting immediate subordinate in maintaining relationship, negotiation and closing deals;
∎ Monitoring distributors' stock, ensuring timely payment for maintain stock availability at distributors;
∎ Directly supervising ZSM, monitoring the activities of SR & Distributors and providing regular feedback to the reporting authority
