∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Context:
∎ Anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Must be able to handle any unwanted situation in terms of sales
∎ Leadership quality

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly;
∎ Monitor the team of 500+ members across all domestic sales channels and pinpoint ways to penetrate new markets;
∎ Monitoring distributors from all over the country
∎ Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals;
∎ Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them;
∎ Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics;
∎ Provide daily report of field sales success and communicate data to superiors;
∎ Ensure business growth by increasing the coverage nationally;
∎ To train and coach the team members through accompanying calls and close supervision if needed
∎ Direct monitoring of DSM/RSM of all districts and provide necessary assistance if needed to develop business;
∎ Maintain the team within the budgeted cost and find scopes of cost reduction.
