• Bachelor/Honors

• The candidate should be a graduate any discipline.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on Caps and Hats Manufacturer Company.

• The applicants must be able to correspond independently with Korean buyer.

• Fluency in Korean speaking (Both written and spoken) is a necessity.

• Highly energetic as needed to walk about the factory floors extensively.

• Candidate will be responsibility for cutting, sewing to shipment of Caps & timely delivery.

• Will have to derive production plans, line layouts, and ensure productivity, quality & timely delivery.

• Should be able to develop new production methods to maximize productivity.

• Must introduce new techniques for improvement in quality.

• Check every complete garment, oil mark, dirty spot, yam mark, fabric fault.

• Control the measurement and tolerance.

• Prepare the pre-final quality control report.

• Should have sound technical knowledge on Caps & Hats.
