Additional Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience on Caps and Hats Manufacturer Company.
The applicants must be able to correspond independently with Korean buyer.
Fluency in Korean speaking (Both written and spoken) is a necessity.
Highly energetic as needed to walk about the factory floors extensively.
Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate will be responsibility for cutting, sewing to shipment of Caps & timely delivery.
Will have to derive production plans, line layouts, and ensure productivity, quality & timely delivery.
Should be able to develop new production methods to maximize productivity.
Must introduce new techniques for improvement in quality.
Check every complete garment, oil mark, dirty spot, yam mark, fabric fault.
Control the measurement and tolerance.
Prepare the pre-final quality control report.
Should have sound technical knowledge on Caps & Hats.
