Excellent communication skills in English (Written/ Verbal).
Must have excellent knowledge in MS office & MS Excel. Internet Browsing.
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare documents for sea & air export.
Prepare the documents for advance T.T. receive & buyer document making.
Responsible for custom data organize as per custom rules & keep record for all necessary document.
Responsible for export statement.
Responsible for checking dummy BL, GSP, REX & CO.
Must have knowledge about sales contact, L/C, UD.
Capability to place online booking, Manual Booking and must have experience with top ranking Forwarder (DAMCO, EFL, Expeditors, Transmarine, GEODIS)
Communication with Bank, Forwarder, C&F & Customs.
Responsible for doing any others job assign by top management.
