Job Description / Responsibility:
- Maintain Daily Petty Cash Management.
- Keeping Record of all transaction and preparation of all kinds of vouchers on a regular basis.
- Check and ensure that Suppliers Payment are Accurate and all payments are properly authorized and timely made.
- Managing cash and bank transactions and Issuing Cheques.
- Proper Documentation and file Management.
- Capable in handling software-based accounting system.
- Any other job assigned by the management.
