Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Food Technology/Mechanical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering from any reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure timely attendance of all staffs of the Production Plants.
∎ To check & ensure daily production schedule & manpower engagement according to standard manpower set up.
∎ To check daily finished goods stock & undelivered report of respective production unit.
∎ To co-ordinate with SCM department.
∎ To ensure assembly prior to shift start.
∎ To ensure Product Quality of all items under his Production Plants.
∎ To ensure all machineries are in operation with highest capacity.
∎ To ensure that Production Officers have taken action to reduce process loss, packaging loss & improvement of productivity.
∎ To ensure safety measures of Production Plants.
∎ To check & ensure ISO implementation.
∎ To check & ensure HACCP and HALAL implementation.
∎ To control mechanical & electrical spares consumption.
∎ To control utility consumption.
∎ To check & ensure Hygiene, Sanitation & Housekeeping of Production Plants.
∎ To perform any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong Convincing & Negotiation Skills.
∎ Flexible with working hour.
