∎ We are seeking an engineer in maintenance (mechanical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various maintenance activities, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety
∎ Responsible for all Mechanical maintenance of plant including breakdown & necessary modifications.
∎ Ensure that maintenance department activities are carried out according to the scheduled plan and upkeep records.
∎ Analyze current manufacturing processes and recommends improvements to improve safety, quality & efficiency.
∎ Systematically solve problems and implement effective solutions to root causes of problems.
∎ Support procurement of spares, maintaining inventory of critical spares & monitor its usages.
∎ Attending breakdowns & root cause analysis & updating of history card of all types of breakdown activities.
∎ To maximize equipment availability by carrying out timely preventive maintenance.
∎ To assist stores & purchase to optimize spare parts inventory by identifying spares, deciding inventory levels.
∎ Should plan & prioritize workload in order to meet required deadlines and performance standards.
∎ Research & develop new processing techniques to improve quality of product production efficiencies.
∎ Should be able to solve the machine related issues in highly production based environment..
∎ The candidate should have experience in working with Food and Beverage manufacturing plant handling equipment like Injection molding, blow molding, Filler, Carbo-cooler, Chiller, Boiler, etc.
∎ Act as a team leader, guiding and supervising maintenance personnel to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Coordinate with team members to allocate tasks and ensure the timely completion of maintenance activities.
∎ Conduct quality checks to verify compliance with specifications and drawing requirements.
∎ Supervise the installation, erection, and commissioning of equipment.
∎ Ensure proper functioning of machinery and adherence to safety protocols during installation processes.
∎ Ensure adherence to safety standards and efficient execution of tasks.
∎ Liaise with mechanical vendors and erectors to optimize manpower utilization and resolve daily operational issues.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all equipment and machinery.
∎ Execute maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Ensure prompt response to equipment breakdowns, coordinating repairs and maintenance activities to minimize production disruptions.
∎ Plan annual spare parts consumption and submit proposals to the top management for approval.
∎ Maintain inventory records and ensure the availability of spare parts as per maintenance requirements.
∎ Implement corrective measures to optimize machine performance and enhance productivity.
∎ Undertake any other tasks assigned by the top management, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.
