∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical or Mechanical or Industrial Production Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Chemical/Mechanical/IPE Engineer with MBA preferred
∎ Skills Required: Collaboration, Edible Oil Refinery, Industrial production, Innovative, People Management, Process Automation, Production Process

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Edible Oil Refinery, FMCG Production, Industrial & Production Engineering, Production/ Operation Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Processes & Production:
∎ 1) Takes responsibility for maintaining and/or improving the performance of the machineries
∎ 2) Run the refinery section's plant as per schedule plan and full capacity,
∎ 3) Ensure that checks are made and audits taken on the equipment regularly, to detect irregularities,
∎ 4) Propose studies, tests and measurements to the Technical department in order to improve performance,
∎
∎ Management:
∎ 1) Promote exchanges between own departments and the other departments in the plant.
∎ 2) Run information meetings and make own teams aware of safety matters and check that safety regulations are respected.
∎ 3) Induct new recruits, monitor the development of potentials, and propose training schemes for own teams in order to optimize their skills.
∎ Challenges/Limitation of Authority:
∎ Challenge of developing competent edible oil professionals in a green-field project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Technical skills:
∎ In-depth knowledge of the edible oil processing,
∎ General knowledge of physics, chemistry, science of heat and computing.
∎ Knowledge of the chemical parameters that affect the quality of edible oil.
∎ General knowledge of process control tools.
∎ Knowledge of quality and environmental standards.
∎ Ability to run teams and work groups.
∎ Ability to work in a cross-disciplinary way.
∎ Inquisitive and creative.
