∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan production activities, worker schedules, production meetings, and machine maintenance and maintain product quality and budgets.
∎ Adequate knowledge of the production process of different bakery & snacks products by using rotary and tunnel oven/depositor machines.
∎ Plan, formulate, organize, control, and direct production activities.
∎ Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.
∎ Manage timelines and work priority and allocate locating resources to meet the assigned timelines and goals.
∎ Organize the repair of any damaged equipment.
∎ Supervise quality standards and enforce quality-control programs.
∎ Collaborate with other factory managers to find best practices and the best solution.
∎ To see that the safety standards are being maintained within that the factory and workers are abiding by workplace safety rules.
∎ Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
∎ Preparing production reports and submitting them to key decision-makers.
∎ Regularly inspecting finished products whether they meet quality standards.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.
