Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Operation, Manufacturing (Light Engineering Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare daily production report.
∎ Investigate problems, analyze root causes and define resolutions.
∎ Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
∎ Ensure high quality & timely delivery of product.
∎ Provide training to worker on machine learning.
∎ Instruct the machine operator to keep the machine neat and clean for smooth operation.
∎ Take necessary steps if any problem arises to run the machine smoothly and as well as taking preventive steps for future occurrences.
∎ Seek help from the Production Manager or Maintenance Engineer for the maintenance of machines if it requires too many materials to repair.
∎ Responsible for routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, or opportunity maintenance.
∎ Guide the contact labor for the quality policy of the company.
∎ Establish and enforce company policies and safety procedures for staffs.
