∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Diploma in Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Production and productivity of particular furnace crucibles with maximum utilization.
∎ Select scarp and charge the scarp, sponge iron, cast iron in the furnace accordingly.
∎ Melting the raw materials in optimum time and to achieve maximum lining life of the furnace.
∎ Before tapping check ladle thoroughly.
∎ Escalate the breakdown issues such as Induction Furnace, Vibrator Feeder, Transfer
∎ trolley, overhead crane and feeding equipment etc. to right channels.
∎ Preparation of furnace crucible lining and follow up to ensure maximum lining life.
∎ Proper communication and coordination with CCM & Scrap section.
∎ Ensure furnace and CCM product quality on the production floor.
∎ Maintain floor shop housekeeping.
∎ Interested to work in the shop floor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in steel structure.
∎ Hardworking;
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skill;
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be advanced level competent in computer applications.
∎ Must be good in English (Speaking and writing)
∎ Motivated and can-do attitude
