Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and organize shop capacity (personnel and equipment) in order to meet customer requirements and organize changeover staging.
∎ Management of manufacturing operation and finishing lines.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of press station and reduce hazard in workstation.
∎ Preparation of process standard and operation standard of production operations.
∎ Budget planning and inventory control (tools & spare) related to machines.
∎ Implement & maintain the TPM & TQM to the floor level.
∎ Maintain different types of tooling.
∎ Streamline & implement working procedures, cost effective solutions for enhancing production operations.
∎ Ensure compliance to quality standards and related documents.
∎ Follow SOP & standards for production to complete any other related task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in automobile industry / sheet metal Industry
∎ Technical Knowledge
∎ Related machines & tools operation skill
∎ AutoCAD, Solid Works
∎ MS Office
