Responsibilities & Context:
Adex is inviting applications for the position of Production Engineer to join our manufacturing operations in Gazipur. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to Transformer, Switchgear, and Busbar Trunking System production.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a Transformer, Switchgear, or Busbar Trunking System manufacturing factory.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and production best practices.
Ability to supervise production teams, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Good communication and leadership skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure targets are met efficiently.
Implement and monitor quality control procedures throughout the production process.
Ensure machinery, tools, and production lines are maintained for optimal performance.
Lead, train, and supervise factory staff to achieve production goals.
Work closely with the design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to maintain smooth workflow.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in production to maximize output.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation as required.
