Job Responsibilities:
∎ Continuous weighing & blending the ingredients as per the recipe for batch preparation.
∎ To be ensure that batch preparation running continuously
∎ Ensure 100% achievement of daily target
∎ Inform to Process supervisor about materials availability
∎ End of shift, make inventory of raw material
∎ Maintain batch preparation log sheet
∎ Ensure zero level wastage at weighing area
∎ To ensure hand bath and foot bath properly.
∎ Ensure production & own safety security & House keeping
∎ Ensure production hygiene & sanitation
∎ Inform Supervisor in case of any issues

Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience in Bakery industry in preferred

Salary: Negotiable
