• Should have strong knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes and quality improvement.

• Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Should have experience in market research and product feasibility assessments.

• Lead and oversee Research & Development (R&D) activities for Gas Stove and Kitchen Hood products

• Drive product innovation, development and implementation of new technologies for Gas Stove and Kitchen Hood products.

• Manage development and launching of SKD and locally manufactured Gas Stove and Kitchen Hood models.

• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer requirements and opportunities.

• Evaluate business value, product value and project feasibility, considering cost, investment, technical feasibility and market potential.

• Follow up on product service issues and implement root-cause-based design improvements.
