Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing all new products with new design and supervises projects.
∎ To Ensure successful completion of the company's corporate goals.
∎ Will work closely with Product Management and Design to execute seasonal concept direction.
∎ Responsible for continuous evolving the Company's product development processes and insuring sustainability.
∎ exceptional quality and cycle time improvements.
∎ Manages, Coaches and Mentors the R&D team members.
∎ Must be able to do costing and sourcing independently
∎ Analyses fabric to select appropriately for development.
∎ Follow- up the sample development process in order to ensure that samples are develop accurately.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of garment construction techniques
∎ In depth product knowledge on Ladies, Men & Children wear (Outer wear Top, Bottom)
∎ Good knowledge/familiar with fashion based accessories
∎ Capable to develop new design for Ladies, men & Children wear
∎ In depth knowledge in fabric washing process
∎ sound knowledge / concept in season wise fabric selection
∎ very good color knowledge in designing Ladies Men and Children wear
∎ Working experience with designers will be given preferences
∎ Excellent capability to handle high street retailers/buyers especially Next (UK),ALDI, Sainsbury's.
∎ Excellent command over English (written and spoken) is highly desired
∎ Excellent Knowledge in MS office , email and Internet.
∎ Applicant residing in Uttara / Near Uttara will get high preference
∎ Applicant who will be selected must be ready to join immediately
∎ Please note: Applicant who does not have experience in relevant sector need not to apply
