Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducting research to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform product developmentalysis
∎ Collaborating with design teams to create product concepts based on market insights and brand identity
∎ Preparing detailed technical specifications and design details for new products, including fabrics, trims, and construction techniques
∎ Overseeing the development of samples, coordinating with suppliers, and conducting fit tests and quality assessments
∎ Working closely with design, merchandising, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines
∎ Engaging with fabric and trim suppliers to source materials, negotiate costs, and ensure timely delivery of quality materials
∎ Managing timelines and project milestones to ensure timely product launches and effective resource allocation
∎ Integrating sustainable practices into product development processes, such as sourcing eco-friendly materials and promoting ethical manufacturing practices
∎ Ensuring that products meet regulatory requirements and industry standards for quality and safety
