Position Overview:
The Product Developer will be responsible for managing the development of styles based onbuyer requests and seasonal collections. This role involves coordinating with fabric sourcing,sample, technical, and washing teams to ensure accurate and timely sample execution. Theideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, technical garment knowledge, and aproactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review buyer tech packs and briefs to prepare development plans and sample requests.
- Coordinate with fabric and trim sourcing to secure correct materials for woven denim and light woven developments.
- Support wash and fit development by working with wash technicians and the technical team.
- Ensure timely sample execution according to buyer deadlines and internal TNA.
- Follow up sample progress daily and maintain updates in WFX and other internal systems.
- Work with the sample room to confirm construction details, design application, and finishing requirements.
- Assist in preparing seasonal collections and organizing samples for presentations.
- Communicate with buyers for clarifications, updates, and follow-up when required.
- Support price feasibility checks and cost analysis during development.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.
