Experience:
Master’s Degree / MBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline
Professional certification in Supply Chain / Procurement (CIPS, CSCP, Diploma) will be highly preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience (depending on Assistant Manager / Manager level)
Strong background in Procurement, Sourcing, and Supply Chain Operations
Prior experience in manufacturing or footwear industry will be a significant advantage
Proven leadership and team management experience preferred for Manager level

Lead, plan, and oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations in line with organizational objectives and management directives.
Formulate, review, and implement procurement strategies, policies, and standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
Ensure accurate inventory control, stock reconciliation, and product reference management to support uninterrupted business operations.
Manage strategic sourcing activities, supplier selection, vendor development, and long-term supplier relationship management (SRM).
Conduct high-level negotiations with local and international suppliers to secure quality materials at the most competitive prices and favorable commercial terms.
Develop and execute annual and periodic procurement plans within approved budgets and timelines.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials, packaging materials, and services in accordance with production plans.
Approve and supervise preparation of purchase orders, work orders, and contracts; ensure proper follow-up until delivery and closure.
Coordinate closely with finance and accounts departments to ensure timely supplier payments and compliance with financial policies.
Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, quality standards, and contract compliance; take corrective actions when required.
Prepare and present periodic management reports, including inventory status, procurement performance, cost analysis, and savings reports.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement across the supply chain function.
Lead, mentor, and supervise junior procurement team members to enhance productivity and professional development.
Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, audit requirements, and ethical standards.
Perform any other duties assigned by senior management in the interest of organizational growth and operational excellence.
