• Bachelor/Honors

• Graduate/ University Degree in Footwear Technology or Fashion Designing

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tannery/Footwear

• Age At least 30 years

• More than 5 year(s) industrial experience in commercialization -product development.

• Excellent communication & organizational skills.

• Good drawing ability, making rough design and CAD skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines.

• Experience in Synthetic Footwear

• Develop all types of footwear, including design and pattern making.

• Ensure technical feasibility of shoe construction, last development, and pattern engineering.

• Prepare technical data sheets and material consumption details for approved styles.

• Coordinate closely with Product Development, Production, and Merchandising teams to ensure smooth commercialization.

• Manage pre-production trial samples and address technical issues before mass production.

• Support production layout planning and ensure production readiness for bulk manufacturing.

• Validate all activities related to product specification, SOPs, and testing to ensure product meets the required standard.

• Ensure smooth and timely execution of mass production with minimal deviations.

• Mobile bill, Medical allowance, Provident fund, Insurance.

• Salary Review: Yearly
