• Must have fully working hands on experience in operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of Ultra-Heat Treatment (UHT) Milk Processing Plant Machinery & Equipment under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and/or as part of a team.

• Must have the ability to work different shifts and overtime that includes possibility of short-term and long-term shift reassignment to match the business needs.

• Have competency on computer; working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong Mindset for accomplishing quality work with honesty, loyalty and following company’s Occupational Health & Safety, Quality & Food Safety and other Policies.

• Perform all duties consistent with following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Working Instructions (WI) to ensure the proper operation of the process equipment including the UHT equipment, tanks, pumps, product lines, valves, fittings and components.

• Performs daily startup, machine parameter setup and adjustments as per operational requirement, shutdown and cleaning.

• Monitors the product, performs online quality checks, general sanitization and housekeeping of the working area.

• Continuously monitors product quality, identifies and reports any deviations from the standards.

• Monitors equipment and takes reading at designated intervals; tracks the status of the system and prepares reports that account for equipment performance.

• Perform pre-operational checkups and fill daily checklists as per machinery and equipment condition.

• Accurately and neatly complete production records and documents.

• Ensure all utilities like power, air, steam and water in the processing machinery inlet before going to operation.

• Perform equipment CIP/SIP/Sanitation and complete clean-up and general housekeeping as required before and after operation.

• Prepare the appropriate solutions (Acid, Lye, Peroxide, etc.) for cleaning and sterilization.

• Maintain proper communication with Filling Machine Operator before transferring product to the filling machine in the downstream.

• Ensure cleaning and greasing of the machines. Ensure daily and weekly care of the machines.

• Performs any emergency maintenance or makes minor repairs.

• Ensure corrective, preventive and scheduled maintenance as per Tetra Pak Maintenance Services (TPMS) guidelines.

• Notifies line manager about any critical problem requiring special attention on time.

• Attends work related meetings and trainings on company policies and/or procedures or development initiatives.

• Adheres to Safety, Quality and Environmental programs at the factory.

• Ensures cleaning and 5S of work area as per Code of Practice (CoP).

• Performs any other duties as assigned.
