Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up, load material, and operate process equipment ( different types of cookers & heat exchangers).
∎ Maintain the cooked mass uniformity by adjusting the process parameters.
∎ Monitor ingredient mixes and make required adjustments during production.
∎ Perform periodic machine preventive maintenance.
∎ Clean equipment and workspaces after production completion.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of every batch.
∎ Ensure the final product’s defect % is within range.
∎ Reporting problems on the machines to the relevant line in charge.
∎ Adhering to the safety regulations and protocol implemented in the packaging area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant experience in the FMCG industry will be preferred.
