∎ 4 year degree in engineering or engineering technology (Bsc. Engg/BUET)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Industrial production, Production planning, Production Process
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting DOE tests and using statistical methods such as CPK for process analysis
∎ Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing jigs and fixtures and testing manufacturing methods and equipment
∎ Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
∎ Applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials to determine best process
∎ CAD experience a must to design tooling and fixtures for supporting manufacturing processes
∎ Excel a must to do analysis or process and manufacturing data
∎ Conferring with equipment vendors as needed to trouble shoot problems, obtain parts to fix machines, understand constraints of machines
∎ Solicit current process information from operators / Development technicians to establish and set processes
∎ Observe operators and make suggestions / proposals for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience in process engineering
∎ Excellent technical skills
∎ Knowledge of process related standards
∎ Experience in process simulations
∎ Working knowledge of process engineering software packages
∎ CAD or AutoCad skills
∎ Familiarity with health and safety regulations
∎ Analytical thinker with interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge and practical experience with GD&T
∎ Knowledge and understanding capabilities of CNC equipment. Programming of CNC a plus
∎ Knowledge and understanding of PLC control systems and ladder logic a plus.
