Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc in Dairy or Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the quality of dairy ingredients, oil, sugar and water quality prior to mixing start up
∎ Monitor and verify the process parameters including brix, viscosity, pH, chemical solution strength, product temperature, homogenization pressure, product weight at a certain time interval
∎ Ensure the CIP of process lines, product storage tanks, cleanliness of production floor and factory premises
∎ Online product sampling, batch wise reference sample, ensure the product quality prior to release for market
∎ Handling of market complaints, find out the root causes of complaints through proper laboratory equipment/analysis, interpret, communicate and leverage experimental data to authority.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in dairy products development

Salary: Negotiable
