Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Description
∎ We are now seeking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER - LINGERIE
∎ RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ • Supervise the daily operation of the production line, monitor the production plan, quality, and manage the operation of a factory employees.
∎ • Cost and budget control
∎ • Deliver KPI assigned by management
∎ • Improve the efficiency of the production line and achieve the daily output target
∎ • Responsible for supervision, guidance and provide training to Technicians and Line leaders
∎ • Execute production system, implement production schedule, ensure smooth production line and delivery on time
∎ • Perform other tasks assigned by management
∎ • Initiate, plan, organize, lead and control Manufacturing Excellence projects to improve the productivity and profitability of the operations through elimination of waste of time, money, materials, man-hours, machine time, energy and other resources that do not generate value.
∎ • Analyze data, reports and process to Identify improvement opportunities with quantifiable business benefits in terms of costs, efficiency, quality and productivity in manufacturing plants.
∎ • Develop Business Case Metrics, Scorecards, Methodologies and Tools to build and track Manufacturing Excellence progress
∎ • Drive and introduce new manufacturing concepts and production technologies.
∎ • Drive planning, leading and facilitating effective kaizen events.
∎ • Regular travel work in multiple production facilities in China and other countries.
∎ QUALIFICATION
∎ • Bachelor degree or above, major in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Administration
∎ • Lean Black Belt qualification would be an added advantage
∎ • Minimum 10 years related experiences in Lingerie Items.

∎ Age 35 to 40 years
