Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage and control Tongi plant by maintaining harmonious and peaceful relationship with workforce.
∎ Plan, organize and carryout manufacturing operation in Tongi plant along with the Engineering department and coordinate these activities with other relevant departments such as Tongi plant, ABU, CDC, Merchandising, Accounts, Costing, Efficiency, PD, Sales channel and HR.
∎ Achieve optimum productivity and efficiency in use of man, machine, equipment, materials and other physical assets available and ensure production of quality product according to requirement from marketing department.
∎ Ensure smooth functioning of all managerial activities of Tongi plant such as planning, organizing, coordinating, production, processing, innovation, quality control, expenses control, administration, etc.
∎ Performance of all above mentioned activities in a very cost effective way to ensure competitiveness in market and positive recovery in the plant.

Salary: Negotiable
