Education:

• University Graduate degree in the field of textiles and previous experiences or equivalent.

• Knowledge of textiles and textile testing based on experience, education, or interest in the field.

• Knowledge of the process of clothes production (sewing, manufacturing and cut control)

• Knowledge of English on intermediate level - both written and spoken

• Working knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel)

• Diligent and systematic approach to work

• Time flexibility (long-term business travels to Asian countries)

• High workload and stress resistance.

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.

• International company and one of the world’s biggest promotional textile supplier looking for QC´s for the liaison office

Job description and responsibilities:

• Cooperation in the creation and subsequent building, maintenance, and development of the product quality control process.

• Examination of product samples and overall supervision of the production process in cooperation with local manufacturers (in various locations in Asia).

• Elaboration of procedures for input, interpretational and final production quality control

• Implementation of entry, inter-operation and final control in the territory.

• Control of compliance with procedures resulting from internal documentation

• Analysis of defects and assessment of the quality of inspected goods with regard to technical documentation and classification of defects.

• Operative resolution of discrepancies resulting from product quality control in the territory, proposals for improving product quality, proposals for corrective and preventive measures.

• Communication and negotiations with suppliers in Asia (conducted in English).

• Processing, evaluation and storage of inspection reports in a designated location.

• Reporting on product quality and test results.

• Daily reporting of activities during the time in Bangladesh (Asia)

• Communication with the quality control team and other colleagues in the Czech Republic and Asia.
