Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead technology transfer processes & post-startup reviews to ensure seamless implementation.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of finished goods per production & cost targets.
∎ Ensure assets are well-maintained & support continuous operational excellence.
∎ Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards on a timely basis.
∎ Implement and integrate Quality Systems, EHS, and FP&R across the facility.
∎ Develop and monitor a site-specific 3–5 year quality plan and ensure its implementation.
∎ Maintain a facility-wide documentation system, including quality manuals and change control.
∎ Lead internal audits, periodic management reviews, and address gaps effectively.
∎ Manage non-conformance handling, customer complaints, and corrective/preventive actions.
∎ Oversee manpower planning, resource acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
∎ Ensure effective crisis management, including annual mock drills and audits.
∎ Monitor vendor performance and ensure supplier GMP compliance through centrally driven programs.
∎ Oversee effective handling of product recalls and recovery activities with a defined procedure.
∎ Develop and execute site training and capability-building programs to enhance competencies.
∎ Ensure compliance with global and local quality standards, including Colgate Global Quality Standards and KPIs.
