∎ Ensure quality standards and control processes.
∎ Manage resources, maintenance, and repair.
∎ Develop production schedules and supervise staff.
∎ Control inventory and enforce safety protocols.
∎ Monitor operational costs and engage with customers.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and tech.
∎ Comply with regulations and promote sustainability.
∎ Address technical issues and optimize processes.
∎ Provide regular performance reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
