∎ Provide utmost Customer Service and pursue them to purchase and eventually fulfilling the sales target
∎ About product's claims and quality problems, shortage of articles and sizes, customers’ requirements and feedback
∎ Buildup good customer Relationship
∎ Achieve sales target
