• Do shift-wise duty as per the company roaster.

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and continuous production of oxygen.

• Monitor production processes and implement adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.

• Collaborate with the Production Manager to plan and execute production schedules.

• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.

• Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or modifications as needed.

• Ensure that all production processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of product purity and safety.

• Work closely with the Quality Control team to address any quality-related issues.

• Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and process changes.

• Prepare and present reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics.

• Provide regular updates to management on production status and improvement initiatives.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the production team.
