Responsibilities & Context:
Do shift-wise duty as per the company roaster.
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and continuous production of oxygen.
Monitor production processes and implement adjustments to maintain product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with the Production Manager to plan and execute production schedules.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization strategies.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Recommend and implement equipment upgrades or modifications as needed.
Ensure that all production processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of product purity and safety.
Work closely with the Quality Control team to address any quality-related issues.
Ensure all production activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment maintenance, and process changes.
Prepare and present reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics.
Provide regular updates to management on production status and improvement initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and support to the production team.
