Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise/oversee and closely review the work of support personnel.
∎ Maintain records of all transactions of the pharmacy necessary to ensure accurate control over and accountability for all drugs as required by applicable state and federal law, rules and regulations.
∎ Document and report medications and automation errors to the direct supervisor.
