Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain personal file of all employees.
∎ To issue circular for recruiting of employees at Bdjobs/Newspaper.
∎ To collect application/Curriculum vitae and arrange interview for selection.
∎ To prepare appointment letter and arrange all formalities for joining.
∎ To record leave application and calculate leave position of individual employees as per company policy.
∎ To prepare documents for issuing legal notice/case filing against field forces and contact with lawyer.
∎ To attend CMM and other Courts for hearing.
∎ To follow up confirmation of employees.
∎ To Prepare and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees.
∎ To liaising with all government and other agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
∎ To prepare and process of final settlement of employees.
∎ To Record, maintain and monitor attendance of all employees.
∎ To arrange file closing of resigned/terminated staff and get back their belongings.
∎ To perform any other work assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ MBA/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.
∎ 3 to 5 years proven work experiences in personal/Administration/HR Department of a reputed pharmaceutical company.
∎ Hands on experience in ERP Software.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
∎ A team player with high level of dedication.
∎ Ability to work under strict pressure and deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable
