payroll management, Payroll Processing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the employee attendance, count the salary of employees.
∎ Prepare the company's monthly salary report punctually.
∎ Responsible analysis of salary data.
∎ Responsible for the handling of personnel procedures, including entry, resignation or job change, etc., update and maintain the company's employee database.
∎ Problem detect may existing in area attendance or salary data, give proper solutions.
∎ Give area training for attendance problem.
∎ Assist the salary supervisor to improve and revise the salary system.
∎ Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Master degree preferred.
∎ Must very fluent in spoken and good at written English.
∎ More than 2 years of experience in Salary calculation.
∎ Those who have experience of directly service more than 1000 (thousand) employees will get preference.
∎ KPI management is preferred.
∎ Familiar with performance management related theories and various performance management tools and methods.
∎ Have strong logical thinking ability, comprehensive analysis ability, execution ability, and can work under pressure.
∎ Have good language expression and communication, coordination and team awareness.
∎ Proficient in using OFFICE suit and other related office software and related network office software.
