Responsibilities & Context:
∎ SNOWTEX Outerwear Ltd. - a reputed RMG company is currently recruiting some "Pattern Master Lectra-(Jacket Item)"
∎ • Should be able to make any kind of sample pattern based on TP or reference sample with customer requirements.
∎ • Conducting pattern checks, adjustments, and recording necessary marks and allowances for each style patterns.
∎ • Well knowledge about down & padding (specially outerwear jacket)
∎ • Good operating knowledge about Lectra Modaris 2D pattern making software
∎ • Garment fitting knowledge & fitting issue solution ability.
∎ • Participate in risk assessment, PP meetings, and other technical discussions to identify issues and collaborate on finding effective solutions.
∎ • In accordance with the PPC (Production Planning and Control) plan, generate size sets & bulk patterns.
∎ • Grading the Pattern as per the buyer grading manual & measurements.
