Experience:

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• HSC
• Bachelor/Honors

• Minimum HSC/Graduation.

• Diploma/Certificate in Pattern Making/Garment Technology/Fashion Design from a recognized institute will be an added advantage.

• 2 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories

• Age 25 to 38 years

• 2–4 years of practical experience as a Pattern Maker in a reputed garments factory (Knit & Woven).

• Must have hands-on experience in CAD (Lectra/Gerber/Optitex) pattern software.

• Strong technical knowledge of garment construction and fitting.

• Must be skilled in both manual and computerized pattern making.

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to meet deadlines.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Develop accurate patterns for Knit & Woven garments as per buyer’s tech pack, design, and measurement sheet.

• Make first patterns, production patterns, and grading for different sizes.

• Ensure proper fitting, balance, and garment construction through sample approval process.

• Collaborate with designers, sample men, and merchandisers to ensure quality and buyer requirements are met.

• Make necessary pattern corrections based on fitting comments.

• Maintain pattern library and ensure proper documentation for future use.

• Work with CAD/CAM systems and manual pattern-making methods.
