Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage & ensure production target as per proper planning.
∎ Ensure & reducing materials costs by maximizing production.
∎ Ensure high quality production.
∎ Checking the accuracy and viability of the product specification.
∎ Ensure quality of products and involve a thorough checking and inspection of product.
∎ Ensure materials availability and make requisition for necessary order placement for bulk.
∎ Optimum utilization of manpower to achieve the production target.
∎ Drive the monthly production plan as per factory schedule.
∎ Ensure that all the deadlines are met as per commitment.
∎ Capability to run production independently & smoothly.
∎ Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in workplace.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Candidates who have no knowledge on paper manufacturing; no need to apply.
∎ Ability to work for a long duration in the factory.
∎ Experiences in the similar field will be given extra advantage.
