Practical knowledge of Central AC (Air Condition)/ Chiller, Split type AC (Air Condition), AHU, Compressor, 1200 KVA sub-station, PLC, VFD, Electrical & Electronic devices, etc.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure smooth functioning of all machines.
Maintain all maintenance records according to the standards requirement.
Schedule and execute preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
Installs electrical system components (e.g., AC (Air Condition), electrical panels, switches, circuits, Inverter, timers, etc.) for the purpose of providing enhanced and/or upgraded electrical capabilities.
Repairs electrical components and/or systems (e.g., AC (Air Condition), Fridge, Motor, switches, etc.) to ensure a safe working condition.
Assemble, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and appliances using hand tools and power tools.
Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
