Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a paper mill environment.
∎ Ability to lead and supervise a team of workers to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
∎ Knowledge of paper mill operations, including raw material processing, paper making, and finishing operations.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and management.
∎ Proficient in the use of computer programs and software, such as MS Office and CMMS systems.
∎ Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise the production process of paper mills and ensure that production targets are met.
∎ Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that machines are in good working condition.
∎ Maintain records of daily production, machine maintenance, and inventory levels.
∎ Ensure that safety protocols are followed by all employees, and that the work environment is safe.
∎ Train and mentor employees to improve their skills and productivity.
∎ Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Manage and allocate resources, such as manpower, raw materials, and equipment, to meet production needs.
