Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and ensure day-to-day Accounts & Financial activities are appropriately recorded in Books of Accounts.
Reconcile the transaction of Cash, Bank, Debtors, creditors, etc.
Prepare, examine and analyse bills/invoices, vouchers, accounts receivables, accounts payable, accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports to assess accuracy.
Handling Company Tax and VAT-related paper.
Preparation and Analysis of Monthly Financial Reports.
Prepare Salary statements.
Assist senior accountants or others staff in the preparation of monthly as well as yearly closings.
Outing work.
Any other task assigned by supervisor or management.
