Ray Advertising is searching for a driven and articulate HR Intern – (Night Shift) to join our team in a REMOTE/ WORK FROM HOME opportunity.
This position involves Night Shift from Saturday to Thursday, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM BD time.

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assist with Recruitment & Hiring: Posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support Onboarding & Training: Preparing documentation, guiding new interns/employees, and updating HR records.
Maintain HR Documentation: Employee files, leave records, compliance checklists, and internship reports.
Contribute to Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing team activities, surveys, and feedback collection.
Track Performance Data: Support HR in monitoring employee performance and updating evaluation sheets.
Learn U.S. HR Practices: Develop familiarity with compliance, professionalism, and cross-cultural communication.
Support the HR Team: Collaborate with supervisors and contribute to maintaining smooth HR operations.
Required Qualifications
Eligibility:
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Final year students who require internships for graduation are also encouraged to apply.

Education (Preferred):
BBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) (strongly preferred).
Other majors (Marketing, Management, International Business, English, etc.) may be considered if candidates demonstrate strong communication and organizational ability.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and organizational ability.
Familiarity with Google Sheets/Docs and basic data entry.
Self-disciplined and reliable to manage night shift responsibilities.
Interest in HR operations, people management, and international business culture.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
Unpaid Training (1st Month - Probation Period): The first month will serve as unpaid training.
Stipend (2nd–6th Month): 5,000 BDT/month.
Performance Review: At the end of the internship, high-performing interns may be offered a permanent position with a salary between 15,000 – 20,000 BDT/month.
