Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the packaging workers are compliant with SOPs.
∎ Ensure proper packaging materials as per production targets.
∎ Ensure inventory of the packing materials as per sales forecast.
∎ Ensure leakage free product to final packaging
∎ Ensure the daily packing report.
∎ Ensure discipline & Proper hygiene of the packing area.
∎ Ensure PPE and personal hygiene of the workers.
∎ Ensure running of packaging machine as per standard
∎ Ensure daily packing material inventory and handover to SIC
∎ Maintain daily FG log sheet
∎ Handover daily FG to distribution supervisor by maintaining proper documentation
∎ Reduce wastage at packing area to make it zero level
∎ Ensure production safety & security & House keeping
∎ Maintain daily Packing materials inventory report and handover to SIC
∎ Cooperate to instruction of Shift in Charge and escalate for any issues
∎ Ensure the use of hand bath & Foot bath properly
Additional Requirements:
∎ Relevant experience in Bakery industry is preferred.
