Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor the packaging process for quality and accuracy, conducting regular inspections.
∎ Proper hand over the shift with necessary direction to the next operator.
∎ To keep the machine neat and clean for smooth operation. If any problem arises then immediately inform it to Shift Miller & take necessary steps to take steps for smooth running.
∎ Prepare shift wise production register by machine wise (Packing).Check weight, size, thickness, Batch number, production & Expire date of consumer products.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness of machine and adjacent area.
∎ Maintain the Machine check list.
∎ Prepare the shift report so that it can reflect the total activities of the shift to the next operator or the superiors.
