Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor the packaging process for quality and accuracy, conducting regular inspections.
Proper hand over the shift with necessary direction to the next operator.
To keep the machine neat and clean for smooth operation. If any problem arises then immediately inform it to Shift Miller & take necessary steps to take steps for smooth running.
Prepare shift wise production register by machine wise (Packing).Check weight, size, thickness, Batch number, production & Expire date of consumer products.
Ensure the cleanliness of machine and adjacent area.
Maintain the Machine check list.
Prepare the shift report so that it can reflect the total activities of the shift to the next operator or the superiors.
